From modest beginnings it has grown into one of the largest translation agencies in Canada that offer Certified French Translation. We translate tens of millions of words and provide conference interpretation services and interpreters for more than 800 conferences a year. We offer both French translation and language interpretation services (verbal translation) throughout Canada, United States and worldwide with many NGOs.
From day one, our mandate was to provide only Professional Translation Services. We do not provide machine translation. We were one of the first translation services agencies in Canada to be certified as per ISO 17100 – Translation Services Certified. When the Canadian Standards Board introduced CAN/CGSB-131.10 2008 Translation Services certification, we were again one of the first translation agencies to be certified. We remain one of the few agencies in Canada to be certified to both standards.
As a Certified Translation Services provider, all French Translation Services are first translated by one translator and then proofread and revised by a second French translator.
Another important aspect of our original mandate is that we work as a TEAM with our clients. We deliver our completed French translation on-time, when agreed. Each cost estimate is honoured; we do not ‘surprise’ our clients with invoices that do not match the original approved cost estimate.
